unlimited alterations

In logo design, unlimited alterations is a service feature that guarantees that the client may request alterations to the logo until it is perfect. In most cases, "unlimited alterations up to a point" would probably be more accurate, as few logo designers would be willing to work for an unlimited period of time making an unlimited number of changes to a logo. The assumption is usually that the projects ends after a certain period of time. Some logo designers make mention of this in their terms of service documentation.

unlimited formats

In logo design this is a service feature that guarantees that the client will be able to use the final logo for any purpose. If the client's printers need, for example, an EPS version of the logo, the understanding is that the logo designer will provide that format free of charge.
